In our annual effort with Missionaries to the Preborn in Milwaukee, The Murch Family joined the whirlwind 4-state, 18-city tour through Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. The Word of God was preached in the streets and on college campuses; the truth about abortion was displayed for all to see; tens of thousands of pieces of literature were distributed; and a baby was saved in the process.

Louisiana: We preached on the University of New Orleans Campus in the rain; set-up in Shreveport, Alexandria, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans. In Baton Rouge, an irate man drove his car up on the grass, got out and threatened an older man in our group; locals show up with huge anti-abortion banners. In Shreveport, a police officer with the "Joint Terrorism Taskforce" calls Bruce Evan Murch out by name;

New Orleans: New Orleans gets its own page!  New Orleans prepares for Mardi Gras, police treat us great, let us stand in the street and hand out literature to thousands; a man claims he owns the sidewalk AND part of the street--it turns out he DOES! We preach at University of New Orleans and draw a large crowd in spite of the rain.

Mississippi: We set up in Jackson and Meridian; rest and worship on the beautiful shore in Biloxi. Police in Meridian who were contacted prior to the tour said they would not allow our display to take place. See what really happened! In Jackson, police interfere in every way they can, thwarting the street preaching and the literature distribution at every point, then telling us how "lenient" they were. Large group of locals shows up to participate, including Roy MacMillan, co-conspirator with Bruce Evan Murch in the Nuremberg Files lawsuit, and husband of former abortionist Beverly MacMillan.

Alabama: We set up in Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, Birmingham and Mobile. Police in Birmingham had threatened to shut us down. Traffic is unbelievable as tens of thousands see the signs and get literature at these stops. One cop, who was determined to reinforce the stereotype of "southern redneck cop" told us "you're not in Milwaukee anymore".

Florida: We set up in Pensacola, Panama City, Gainesville, Ocala, Tampa, and Orlando. Crowds were huge and traffic was thick. Locals joined us at almost every stop.  In Orlando, pro-aborts who were seen with large files containing pictures of some of us came out. They later followed us to the church we were sleeping at and caused trouble in the parking lot.

Florida State University:  We preached on the Florida State University campus to a huge and raucous crowd. Campus police tried to shut us down, but were faced off. Four preachers took to the wall and much literature went out. Conversations and witnessing took place everywhere. In Jacksonville, a restaurant owner came out to block our signs and sent employees out to do the same. This was our last stop of the tour.
