Day 8: Worcester & Cambridge, Massachusetts
Local Worcester pro-lifers went all-out for the Missionaries. The local crisis pregnancy center put up missionaries in the center, and also rented 5 motel rooms for two nights to house them. Other folks organized a huge potluck dinner in a church hall, inviting Worcester-area pro-lifers to come and fellowship with us. It was great food, great fellowship, and a special reunion with old friends for the Murch family. The dinner was hosted and organized by a good friend of Bruce's who is the CEO of a prestigious internet company. We won't expose his ties to radical pro-lifers on this site :)
We
set up early in Lincoln Square, the busiest intersection in the city. The
preachers took to the corners with the Truth Horns, and Worcester was forced to
deal with the horror of their city's sin on their way to work.
We always pray that these events will be the talk of the dinner tables, the office water coolers and the job sites, and that folks will be compelled to consider the truth of what abortion really is.
Evan Murch (8) takes a rest next to his sign, while Ben Murch (17) lets Worcester know that their tax dollars are being spent to murder preborn children.

Harvard Square, Cambridge
Harvard Square is the location of Harvard University, the throne in the Kingdom of Liberalism. It has a rich Puritan history that now is seen only in the stone plaques which the liberals would remove if they could. Harvard was built by the Puritans to so that ministers of the Gospel would not be an ignorant and uneducated lot.
The
inscription at the Main Gate of the university reads:
"After God had carried us safe to New England and wee had builded our houses, provided necessaries for our liveli hood, reard convenient places for God's worship and settled the civill government, one of the next things we longed for and looked after was to advance learning and perpetuate it to posterity, dreading to leave an illiterate ministry to the churches when our present ministers shall lie in the dust. --New England's First Fruits"
The pillars of godliness that formed this nation have been torn down, even though the institutions remain.
The First Church of Cambridge, across the street from Harvard University and founded in 1630, bears the sodomite's rainbow flag, and is now Unitarian / Universalist. The boast on being an "inclusive" church (read: they accept any and all abominations into their congregation).

Bev Murch and the little boys stationed in themselves in front of Harvard's famous "Out of Town News" located in the very center of the Square.
A little ways further down, Lauren Murch (15) is placed by Bruce (on purpose) in the heat of the battle, stationed with the screaming pro-aborts. Our beautiful and modest young daughter was such a contrast to the pro-abort girls that she contended with. This young lady spoke with Lauren for a half hour and concluded that she "felt sorry" for Lauren because Lauren believed that abortion was the killing of a child.

Behind Lauren another pro-abort giggles at and mocks Lauren. She can't believe that girls still exist who dress modestly, serve God, believe in saving onesself for marriage, and believe that this is a better life than what these wicked, rebellious feminist pro-aborts have. Amazing how foolish one can be, even (or especially) with a Harvard education.
A construction crew spent their lunch break mocking the street preachers, and the pro-aborts yelled and screamed virtually the whole time they were out here. Another good group of local Christians joined us, including Bruce's good friend Bill Cotter, Director of Operation Rescue Boston. Bill provided a great deal of help with accommodations for the group while in the Boston area. Thanks are also due Pastor Dave Mullen of St. Brendan's, who put the Missionaries up for the night in Bellingham and fed us as well.
On to Cape Cod!!
